We invite you to review these additional services to complete your event needs. We look forward to meeting you during our consultation meeting and further assisting you in the coordinating process.

Shower Services

These services can be provided for Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, etc.

Consultation with Shower hostesses (maximum 3) to determine expectations for Shower (example: theme, color scheme, formality, etc.)
Setup & attend vendors’ meeting with the Shower hostess(es)
Assistance with Shower Invitation selection & wording
Prepare a timeline of events for Shower
Onsite coordination and management of entire event day if necessary

Concierge Services

Assistance with obtaining lodging for Out-Of-Town Wedding Guests
Assistance with arranging hotel blocks for guests
Deliver welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to hotels; maximum of two (2) hotels
Assist with transportation details from and to airport

Welcome Packages/Gift Bags Service

Create packages for out of town guests matching theme and/or color scheme of event. Package/bag can include maps, drinks & snacks, trinkets, etc. This is designed to help make your guest’s entire stay a pleasant one.

$10.00 per package (does not include materials)
$12.50 per package includes delivery (does not include materials)

Amenity Baskets for Restrooms

We can create baskets for your restroom’s at the ceremony or reception sites. These will be created to match the theme and/or color scheme of your event. The basket includes gender specific items to ensure the comfort of you and your guests.

$50.00 per basket, cost includes items, containers, setup & signage

Quinceañeras and Anniversaries

Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages are available for quinceañeras and anniversaries as well. If you wish to customize a package to fit your event needs please contact Leticia Arriaga Event Coordinator and we will be more than pleased to work with you in creating a package.
