Platinum Package

The platinum package is designed for the couple whose busy lifestyles or out-of-town status does not allow them the 200+ hours needed to plan their wedding event. This package is a full coordination package that includes the most necessary planning and management tools needed to pull together your big day. This service puts all the planning details in the hands of Leticia Arriaga Event Coordinator. Includes consultation meeting, budget management, vendor referrals, florist and caterer quotes, meetings with vendors, six (6) detailed meetings, onsite coordination and management of wedding day, e-mail and phone access to coordinator.

Gold Package

The gold package is designed for the couple that has the time to plan parts of their wedding but wants Leticia Arriaga Event Coordinator to assist with part of the planning such as design and décor, offer vendor referrals, provide professional advice and mange the details of the wedding day. Includes consultation meeting, three (3) vendor referrals per category, four (4) detailed meetings, onsite coordination and management of wedding day, e-mail and phone access to coordinator.

Silver Package

The silver package is designed for the couple that planned every detail themselves, but would like to sit back and enjoy their wedding day as they’ve imagined it. This package is designed to assist the couple with tying up all the loose ends and last minute details. While this package is not a planning package it is a month of coordinating package that allows you to pass the torch to Leticia Arriaga Event Coordinator in the last few weeks of planning and enjoy your wedding day! Includes consultation meeting, two (2) detailed meetings, onsite coordination and management of wedding day, e-mail and phone access to coordinator during 4 week period before wedding day.

Quinceañeras and Anniversaries
